Absolutely over the moon with our blinds. Colin was so lovely, really patient and understanding. He brought the sample books to our home so we could choose the pattern we wanted and collected them when we asked him to. Nothing was too much trouble. Spoke to a few companies before calling Splash Blinds but they went over and above to help us with a really personal touch, (and the price was really competitive too). Now my parents are having their house done and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you so so much

If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid over 3k in cash beginning of January for some shutters and was promised they would arrive in 2 weeks. Flash forward 4 months later to April after months of ignored messages and calls I was finally responded to and told that there had been a mix up with my order and that my shutters had been reordered via express delivery.
Ben apologised for his lack of communication and gave me a ton of excuses. I did say that as they had been reordered (without my consent - had I known about the mix up probably would have cancelled altogether) and I had waited so long I would wait another couple of weeks for delivery. This was on April 20th. It is now June 9th and I have been trying to call and message regarding my order relentlessly and have had no update whatsoever or even a courtesy message.
I am fed up and want my money back in full. If I do not receive this I will sure be taking legal action against this business. I hate to do this to a small business but I’ve reached the end of my tether.

Ben from Splash Blinds did install my shutters within the past week, and I must say I am very happy with them. They are absolutely beautiful, and Ben was pleasant, tidy, quick-working, and professional throughout. I appreciate his efforts and his respectful attitude during the installation process.
However, my overall experience with Splash Blinds has been deeply disappointing due to the conduct of the other director, Colin. He persistently harassed me via phone and text message regarding a previous review I had posted — despite me clearly stating on multiple occasions that I would amend or remove the review once my shutters were installed.
Instead of respecting that, I was repeatedly contacted, accused of lying, and vilified for choosing to pay in cash (which is entirely within my consumer rights). I was also threatened with legal action unless I removed my honest review. These interactions were not only aggressive and unprofessional, but emotionally distressing. No customer should be subjected to intimidation or bullying for sharing a truthful account of their experience.
While Ben was apologetic for the delay and Colin’s behaviour, I have yet to receive any direct apology or gesture of goodwill from Colin himself.
I am giving 2 stars solely because I am happy with the final product and appreciate Ben’s conduct — otherwise, it would have been far lower based on the service and treatment I received as a paying customer.

Brilliant work from Ben and Colin at Splash Blinds. Colin took the time to show me a range of beautiful blinds in the comfortable showroom. As a result I chose gorgeous brick red ‘perfect fit’ blinds for my kitchen bay window and a subtle pink colour, also ‘perfect fit’ for two bathroom windows. I fell in love with the Allusion curtain range, and added that in charcoal behind my front door, creating a cosy and sophisticated room out of the hall. All products were ready quickly and fitted expertly by Ben. The service was way better than that received from larger companies. Ben noticed that one blind was not quite the right length (the difference was tiny). He arranged for a new blind to be fitted quickly and I really appreciated his diligence and honesty. Many companies would not have pointed out such a tiny fault. Every aspect of the service was professional and polite. Work areas were left perfectly clean and tidy afterwards with all packaging removed (not a given nowadays). Ben was punctual and also got on well with my boisterous whippet, including being patient when a tennis ball was repeatedly thrown at him by a dog keen to play. I recommend Splash Blinds - a pleasure to do business with.

I have just had my shutters and perfect fit blinds fitted by Ben at splash blinds .. The whole experience has been exceptional from start to finish. Starting with visiting the showroom and being greeted by a lovely gentleman called Colin and being introduced to Ben who was polite and very knowledgeable. Ben arranged to come out and measure up after taking me through the different options I had . . Ben arrived on time and work was completed within the time scale given . Work was completed to a very high standard and he explained how to operate the blinds and shutters also how to maintain them . I would highly recommend Ben at splash blinds if you are looking for someone to do a professional job . Thanks very much Ben 🙂!!!

Ben came out to measure and discuss blind choices for our company based in Aylesbury. He brought a variety of samples to choose from and left the samples with us to make a decision. Within 3 weeks he was back to fit them and did 7 large windows in a few hours with no disruption to our working day.

Splash blinds originally fitted blinds to my new house 3 years ago and have now just fitted blinds to my new office in the garden. I cannot fault their work it was 10 out of 10 and Ben got everything measured up and fitted within 2 weeks. I could not recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys.

We recently ordered blinds to be supplied and fitted for our new home and they’re the perfect finish! Colin was great in the showroom with helping us pick out what we wanted and sorted us a cup of tea too! Ben’s fitting is spot on! Top finish and top service. From the moment I made contact with Ben to the final payment. The service that was provided has been nothing but professional and finished to a top standard. We are so pleased with our shutters and perfect fit blinds! Ben did a great job fitting them, very professional and clearly takes pride in his work. He went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly and when the supplier was a bit late making finishing the shutters, Ben ordered us some temporary Venetians so we wouldn’t be blindless for our first few days in our new place. Highly recommend.
